UBS loses Portlock in Singapore

Mark Portlock, executive director in spot foreign exchange trading at UBS in Singapore, has left the bank. It is understood he will join the Singapore office of another European bank later this year, but the details have not yet been confirmed.

Portlock joined UBS in August 2010, after leaving his role as global head of spot FX and precious metal trading at German bank WestLB. He was promoted to that position in late 2008, reporting to Peadar Sionoid, head of structured interest rates trading
