Musical chairs for Citi seniors
Bob de Groot, chief dealer for Citigroup in New York, will relocate to London in October to replace Ng. De Groot, who has also previously run desks for the bank in Tokyo, will report to Gavin Wells, London-based managing director in spot and interest rate trading.
Replacing de Groot in New York is Simon Jones, who will also report to Wells. Jones began his career on the spot desk in London before moving to New York two and half years ago as a sterling trader. During his time in New York he moved
