Keates takes on new role at UBS
Ian Keates, formerly global head of IT at UBS in Zurich, has become head of operations for the Swiss bank's high-volume products. "Explosive growth in volumes means that it is more important than ever that we manage very tightly the entire value chain," said a spokesperson for the bank in London.
"Many problems that manifest themselves downstream unsurprisingly originate in the pre-trade and at-trade processes, therefore we see great benefit to us and our clients
