BGC team travels to Copenhagen

Kim Søhald and Claus Riekehr, managing directors of the Scandinavian derivatives desk for BGC, are leading the effort, which began operations last Monday (July 31). They relocated from Nyon, Switzerland, on July 30.

The brokers on the desk include Magnus Andersson, Kim Nielsen, Harald Lagem and Ben Clifford, who left rival broker Icap's Skandi forwards and derivatives team in January (FX Week, January 16). Other members of the team include Bent Pilgaard and Alex Lange, who worked on the Skandi
