Calyon builds options franchise

In Hong Kong, the French bank has boosted its options trading capabilities with the hire of Colin George and David Turner as senior traders. George joins after 10 years at BNP Paribas. He will relocate from Singapore to cover the Commonwealth book. The book is a new addition to the bank's FX options offering, where previously Calyon had only run it as a small customer-driven book, said Derek Sammann, global head of FX options.
Sammann said the new role was created following a review of the bank
