Royal Bank of Scotland makes senior hire in Asia

Cheung is due to start at the bank in June, having recently resigned from Singapore's DBS Bank in Hong Kong. There he worked as managing director, treasury capital markets, greater China.
In his career at DBS, he has also held the role of managing director and head of derivatives, treasury and markets for the bank in Singapore.
