Roche leaves Standard Chartered
Roche resigned from the bank at the beginning of last week (March 31) and is preparing to start his own business, according to a source familiar with the situation.
His departure ends almost two years with the bank. He joined StanChart in July 2006 after he left the Royal Bank of Scotland in London (FX Week, July 10, 2006). Before leaving RBS in March 2006, he was global head of e-commerce.
He was later joined by RBS colleague Stamos Fokianos, who became global head of FX, commodities and futures
