Lloyds shifts trading capabilities

The move, which started on the August 29 bank holiday, will be completed later this month. The initial move saw 278 people transfer to the trading floor of the new building, said Gavin Golbourn, head of production support in IT for capital markets.
Over the next few weeks, staff members from structured finance and corporate banking are also moving to the new building, under the single banner of corporate markets, according to Lloyds. Around 1,000 people will be based at the new office.
