StanChart hires more in Asia

The bank has hired Stuart McPhee as a senior dealer on the spot desk in Hong Kong. McPhee, who starts today, will be responsible for trading dollar/yen as well as managing the bank's yen risk in Asia. He reports to chief dealer Chris Knight, based in Hong Kong.
"The yen is a growing focus for StanChart as we look to expand our expertise in other Asian currencies to the G10 markets," said Gerrard Katz, head of FX, northeast Asia.
McPhee joins from ABN Amro in Sydney, where he had been a senior
