NAB in global build-up
In New York it has hired Patrick O’Brien as head of FX trading. O’Brien started at NAB on May 2, after spending 13 years at rival Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Most recently he was CBA’s chief dealer, spot FX, responsible for the New York and Asia desks in Sydney. At NAB he reports to Tom DeMaio, head of markets, New York, and Jeff Lee, global head of FX in Sydney.
Another addition to the trading team is John Stapleton, who was hired as a senior trader in early April. He is responsible
