Morgan Stanley forex veteran retires
Paul Blain, Morgan Stanley's London-based head of FX for Europe, has retired after 21 years in the FX business. He held this position, which covered both FX sales and trading, since January 2004 and most recently reported to Stephen Mettler, global head of FX. Blain first joined the bank in 1986 as a senior member of the FX department. He became head of European FX sales in 1994, and took on additional responsibility as head of FX Europe in 2004.
