Vietnam probe into ABN Amro traders widens

Police are now examining the case originally brought as a civil suit by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam (Incombank).

Speaking at a press conference last Monday (September 11), Pham Quy Ngo, head of the Ministry of Public Security’s investigation police unit, said the four local employees of ABN Amro who were arrested or placed under house arrest will be investigated for unauthorised trading and netting.
