Global expansion for Commerzbank
Commerzbank is building up a global FX options capability, with the hire of Tom De Meao in New York and Michael Stopher in Singapore. De Meao, who has 15 years' experience, joins from Calyon where he was a senior options trader and set up the trading book in the city. Michael Stopher will join later this month from Royal Bank of Canada in Sydney.
Claus Hoffman, Frankfurt-based global head of FX for Commerzbank, did not confirm Stopher's hire, but said the bank is
