Saxo opens London office

Peter Klein joins from Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) as director of institutional sales (FX Week, September 19). He will be responsible for setting up the office and recruiting staff for the opening in Q1 2006.
Lars Christensen, chief executive officer at Saxo in Copenhagen, said the bank is looking to recruit around 12 people in institutional sales, six in institutional account management and a few traders. "It is part of the company moving to the next level, where a more global presence
