Icap and CST settle dispute out of court
CST sued rival Icap for "incitement of fiduciary duty", simultaneously taking action against ex-Tullett senior managers of Asia in Hong Kong, Benny Luk and Vince Wong, for "breach of fiduciary duty". CST claimed the two conspired with Icap to poach a staff of 25 while still at Tullett (FX Week, January 24).
At the time, CST had also sought injunctive relief to prevent Icap and the two men from releasing information and divulging competitive sensitive information and hiring further staff from CST
