Hong Kong hires for Bear Stearns
Bear Stearns has continued its aggressive hiring spree in Hong Kong with two new hires. The bank has hired Nicolas Gallet as a senior emerging markets trader from WestLB. Gallet has been based in the Far East since 1996, having previously worked for Credit Agricole before his time with WestLB. Bear has also hired Xu Xiaoxi from Citigroup in Hong Kong to work on its options desk. Both new hires, expected to start next month, report locally to Stanley Zau, senior
