Sumitomo reorganises treasury
A bank spokesperson confirmed that Phil Rands, Brian Tweedy, Colin Clarkson and Neil Fuller all left the company on March 31. Meanwhile, on the rates team, the bank confirmed the departure of Kevin Walker. Treasurer Julian Elworthy has also left the bank in recent weeks. Their current whereabouts are unknown.
Industry sources said more staff have left the bank in recent weeks, but it declined to comment further, re-iterating that the changes are merely part of a reorganisation of the treasury
