WestLB adds in CEE trading
WestLB has hired Onur Sert to trade Central and East European (CEE) currencies on the spot desk in Düsseldorf.
Sert joins the bank this month from Türk Ekonomi Bankasi in Istanbul. He replaces Sinan Keki, who has moved to a structured sales role at the German bank's London branch.
Dan Jones, executive director, liquid markets trading at WestLB in Düsseldorf, said the bank experienced a significant increase in interest in CEE currencies over the course of 2006
