Barclays Capital in flux

LONDON -- Barclays Capital in London has faced a flight of options and institutional FX sales staff since the arrival of new global forex head Ivan Ritossa in March.

But hires, including at least one from Ritossa’s former employer Lehman Brothers in London, have bolstered the bank’s trading and real-money sales desks.

Last week, Barclays confirmed that global forex options head Areski Iberrakene and research analyst Manu Kumar have left the bank. They follow the departures of institutional sales
