CIBC Restructures U.S. FX Unit Head Of New York FX Sales Ousted

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) restructured its foreign exchange sales department in New York, in an effort to consolidate operations in North America, sources at the bank say. The reshuffling sent Jan Wicklund, head of foreign exchange and money market sales for the U.S., packing last week.

"The position of vice president, head of foreign exchange and money markets for the U.S. no longer exists," says Barry Wainstein, the newly appointed head of foreign exchange sales for North
