Project Oliver Takes Shape As Citi Prepares Move To New London HQ

LONDON--The final shape of Citigroup's new trading operation in Canary Wharf, London is emerging.

The massive relocation--dubbed "Project Oliver" after the film that was shot nearby--will entail Citi moving out of at least four separate London sites into the first of two new buildings early in the spring. The first stage of the move will be finished by July.
