Risk Publications To Buy Waters Information Services
SPECIAL REPORT
LONDON--Risk Publications has agreed in principal to buy Waters Information Services, the company that publishes FX Week. The deal is expected to close at the end of this month. When it does, Waters will become a division of Risk Publications, which will employ about 200 people overall, with offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong.
