Cantor/Icap verdict due soon

LONDON -- Inter-dealer brokers Cantor Fitzgerald and Icap expect a verdict this week in the case of alleged poaching of Cantor employees by Icap.

The hearing, which began at the High Court in London on June 25, was originally slated to last one week, but cross-examination took longer than anticipated, said an Icap spokesperson in London. The closing arguments were proceeding as FX Week went to press.
