CAI builds global forex

LONDON – French bank Credit Agricole Indosuez (CAI) has made six key hires and one internal promotion to strengthen its electronic and Asian forex businesses, and to rebuild spot FX in London, Simon Eedle, global head of FX, told FX Week.
John Simmonds joins the bank in June in a new position as head of FX in London, with responsibility for trading, proprietary FX and electronic businesses. His hire will strengthen the bank’s e-FX business, said Eedle, which he referred to as an
