JP Morgan names new head of foreign exchange research

NEW YORK -- Larry Kantor has taken over as global head of FX research at JP Morgan Chase, following the departure of Alfonso Prat-Gay.
Based in New York, Kantor takes responsibility for JP Morgan’s six forex research staff worldwide.
He said he will focus on improving research at the firm, and is developing a new research tool using proprietary funds data.
