HALIFAX CONTINUES LONDON FX EXPANSION
UK bank Halifax in London continues its build-up in FX with the hire of Paul Turner as a forwards FX trader. Turner, previously head of spot FX at Swedish bank Svenska Handelsbanken in London, will join Halifax on January 2, 2001. He will report to Neil Carr, who joined Halifax as head of forwards FX in October.
