Morgan's new office is a perfect fit for Lehman Bros

NEW YORK -- Lehman Brothers will move into Morgan Stanley's new office tower at 745 Seventh Avenue in New York as early as January 2002, officials at Lehman have told FX Week.

Mark De Gennaro, global head of foreign exchange in New York, told FX Week the building was an ideal purchase for Lehman, despite having been built to specification for Morgan Stanley.

"The building was designed to have large trading floors. It's perfectly suited for us," he said.
