Commerzbank hires in Singapore

FX options trader Noel Speake last week joined Commerzbank in Singapore. He replaces Behnouche Mostachfi, who relocated to London from Tokyo (FX Week, February 25). Speake, who joins from Citigroup in New York, reports to Edward Voorhees, global head of FX at Commerzbank in London.

Commerz shifted the bulk of its Asian trading operations to Singapore in October 2001, closing FX trading desks in Tokyo and Mumbai. Nine dealing positions in the two centres were affected
