Op risk all about people, says DB

BOSTON -- Effective operational risk boils down to sound people management, a Deutsche Bank official told delegates at FX Week sister publication Risk magazine’s 2002 USA conference in Boston last week.
"Operational risk is all about people, processes and systems, but it really comes down to the people," said the bank’s managing director for operational risk, Gerd Kühborth. "Managing op risk effectively is about managing your people effectively."
