Trio To Merge Hong Kong Operations With Euro Brokers

Trio Holdings' Martin Brokers (Hong Kong) is planning to merge its operations with Euro Brokers Investment and Yagi Euro Corp in Hong Kong, says Trio's executive chairman David Hagan in London. No final agreement has yet been reached, but Hagan says it should be completed in the next few weeks.

Martin's operation in Hong Kong is predominantly a foreign exchange shop, focusing on forward FX and currency deposits. Martin's has less than 50 people in Hong Kong and the Euro Brokers and Yagi Euro
