J.P. Morgan named Klaus Said head of its global foreign exchange trading operation. Previously head of swaps marketing, Said will now oversee all foreign exchange, including its spot, options, and corporate sales efforts from New York. He will also oversee short-term interest-rate trading--better known in some circles as swaps. Said reports directly to Morgan managing directors Peter Woicke and Marcus Mier.

John Serhant, formerly a managing director at FX Concepts in New York, has moved to Boston
