Deutsche names trading chiefs

The bank has been without a dedicated global FX trading manager since April 2002, when Dan Almeida left on a sabbatical to study for an MBA. He subsequently returned in September 2003 to take on global FX sales for the bank in London.

In the interim, Jim Turley, global head of FX and commodities has managed global trading, but handing over day-to-day management will give the bank renewed focus on FX trading, at a time when investors are increasingly seeing FX as a separate asset class, said
