Standard Chartered makes senior forex appointments
Andrew Vaughan took on the role last week, he told FX Week. He has worked at the bank for seven years, most recently as London-based head of Asset and Liability Management -- a post he has held since November 1999.
His appointment follows former UK and Europe treasurer Jean-Michel D’Oultrement’s transfer to manage global markets for the Africa region. D’Oultrement, who has been UK treasurer at StanChart for about five years, is still based at the London office in his new role and replaces another
