HSBC adds three in options

Andrew Baxter, currently on gardening leave, will join the bank in the new year as head of private clients structured products and programme trading globally. Baxter left Deutsche Bank on October 10, where he was director of FX structured trading.

At HSBC he will join Vincent Craignou, who has already joined the bank as head of emerging markets FX options globally, based in London. He was previously head of options at Dutch bank ING, where he set up an emerging markets FX options desk six years
