Italian dealers in demand

Banks are keen to cash in on increased derivatives activity from Italian clients, while the short supply of Italian specialists available in London is only increasing their worth. Clients in Italy tend to be very active in hedging their FX exposures, said market participants, and are typically more creative in their use of instruments than their European counterparts.
