Ulster Bank reorganises financial markets structure
O'Neill announced his retirement at the end of May, and will leave the bank on June 30 after some 25 years of service, said David Kylie, recently appointed head of structuring at Ulster Bank in Dublin.
Former head of sales for financial markets, Gerry Brown, has been appointed as head of treasury, and takes on responsibility for the front office. He reports to John McNally, chief executive of the CBFM division. Brown has worked at Ulster Bank for about 25 years, having joined in 1978.
