Exchanges score record day as CLS volumes rise

CHICAGO – The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and Ice Futures US reported record daily volume in foreign exchange contracts on December 4, following the US non-farm payroll data release.

Non-farm payroll November figures showed –11,000 jobs in the US, an improvement from –111,000 in October.
