StanChart makes key hires in derivatives

Keith Underwood has joined the bank as global head of FX exotics trading. He is responsible for developing the bank's exotic options business globally, including correlation initiatives emanating from new product capabilities.
He joins from Calyon, where he was global head of FX options with responsibility for trading, structuring and quantitative research. At StanChart he will report to Richard Leighton, global head of FX options, who said the hire reflects the bank's intention to aggressively
