Lacklustre bonus season is forecast on low volatility

Positive bonus reports have been published by several groups over the past week, suggesting that fixed-income bonuses will increase this year. A study by compensation consultants Johnson & Associates predicts that fixed-income traders (excluding prop traders) will do well and that they can expect bonus increases of 10% to 15%.
