CME volumes up in Q2

Forex volume averaged a record 471,000 contracts per day with a notional value of $58.5 billion, up from 332,000 with a notional value of $41.3 billion in the same period last year. Electronic FX volume increased by 55% versus Q2 last year to average 413,000 contracts per day.
