SEB to launch multi-manager currency fund

The fund will initially include between five and 12 managers but this could grow to 15, the bank said. SEB will select the managers for the optimum portfolio based on individual performance and how they perform in combination within the portfolio. This will be measured by a variety of quantitative tools, with an emphasis on proprietary qualitative metrics developed by the SEB manager research team.

The portfolio will be actively monitored to ensure it is operating at its optimum level of risk
