The deal involving an undisclosed sum saw the management team of Frank Chapman, Simon Denham and Rachel Woodford taking control of the company with a debt-financed deal earlier this month.
The retail focused platform CapitalForex.com is to launch by the end of June and will be targeted at high net worth retail customers, and will offer a white label service for institutional investors. The site will offer pairs in all the majors and any other pairs that there is significant demand for according
