Regulators slam ODL Securities
The decision last Monday (September 24) ends more than a year of investigation by the industry body into the wide-ranging breaches by the online broker's US subsidiary and staff.
The NFA filed a complaint on March 2 against ODL Securities, King and broker Raymond Dubuque regarding their use of deceptive promotional materials and failure to hold adequate funds, books and records. The NFA also said the broker and King failed to employ enhanced supervisory procedures.
