Senior forex managers lower their sights

Senior managers at Tier I banks are now open to moving to Tier II and III banks, seeking stability and job security, headhunters say.

"Whereas before they wouldn't consider it, they are now willing to listen," said one London-based recruitment specialist, referring to senior management one rung below executive level.

"The credit crisis is making people more humble and approachable. The arrogance has come off a bit," said another headhunter.
