Goldman swipes Vella from JP Morgan
Vella is believed to be joining Goldman Sachs' London office in a senior emerging markets role, though Goldman has declined to confirm this.
Vella's departure is the latest in a series of senior management changes at JP Morgan following the restructure of its FX and rates operations. In June, the bank merged G10 forex with global rates under Patrik Edsparr (FX Week, June 18). It also pulled emerging markets FX into global emerging markets, under London-based global head Daniel Pinto.
