Paul Swaddling has been taken on to cover hedge funds and co-ordinate the flow rates volatility business. He started on July 12, reporting to David Martins da Silva, head of European rates hedge fund sales.
Cameron Small will sell macro strategies to hedge funds and real-money accounts and starts on September 1. He reports to Alistair Mullen, head of European frequent-user rates, and Francois Boisson, head of European FX sales.
