A bank official confirmed the FX desk in the city is in fact outsourced to subsidiary Banca Akros, headed by Fabrizio Caputi.
Exiting the bank in London are Andrew Law, UK treasurer, Stuart Waddell, deputy treasurer and euro money market trader, Graham Dudden, chief dealer, sterling and dollar money market trader and Jeremy Spain, head of bond trading. A source close to the bank said all the above are currently seeking employment.
