City Forex Dealers Maintain Top Pay Packages, Survey Says

LONDON--In a break from the recent trend of big pay increases for FX sales staff, the latest salary survey from the London-based Monks Partnership is more notable for the significant shifts in pay for treasurers, FX managers and chief sterling dealers.

Grade II treasurers, who oversee dealing rooms with more than 20 staff, saw a big fall in median base salary, from £165,000 recorded in the May survey to £155,000 in August. Meanwhile, grade III treasurers, with a staff of 10-15 traders, saw base
