CAI Hires Citibank's Bristiel To Head FX Sales As Demand For Derivatives Increases

LONDON--Credit Agricole Indosuez (CAI) has hired Christophe Bristiel as head of FX sales in London in response to the growing demand for derivatives products from its clients, says Bessem Snaije, co-head of global FX and treasury.
London-based Snaije says its clients - mostly asset managers, hedge funds, pension fund managers and financial institutions - are using more FX derivatives to hedge against currency risks arising from other financial markets' transactions.
