Jack Stapleton has joined Commonwealth Bank of Australia in New York as a vice president, financial markets distribution, focusing on the institutional client base, confirms John Martin, CBA's new head of financial markets in New York. Stapleton's hire is part of the bank's continued expansion in the financial markets division in New York, says Martin, who adds that the bank is still looking to hire some additional senior sales and trading staff.
